Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Product information you provide: project names, descriptions, URLs, and the launch profiles, plans, tasks, assets, and distribution channels generated for you. This may include non-public details about your product — treat LaunchOS as a private workspace, because we do.
• Usage records: which AI operations you run, token counts, and estimated costs — used for plan limits and cost control, never sold.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers only. We never see or store card numbers.

How AI processing works

When you run an analysis or generation, the product information you provided is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the result. If you supply a website URL, its public page content may be fetched and included. We do not train models on your content, and API providers process it under their commercial data terms.

Who processes your data

Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payments), and — if analytics are enabled — PostHog (product analytics). Each receives only what its function requires.

Deletion

You can delete any project (Settings → Delete project) or your entire account (Settings → Delete my account) at any time. Deletion is immediate and cascades to all generated content and usage records. We never delete your work because a plan ends — only you can delete it.
